- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Mix Base
In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in refried beans, green chilies (if using), and taco seasoning. Mix well.
Add 1 cup of the Mexican blend cheese. - Assemble
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
Top with remaining Mexican blend cheese and cheddar cheese. - Bake
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. - Finish & Serve
Remove from the oven and garnish with olives, green onions, and tomatoes if desired.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
