What You Need: One package of Jiffy cornbread mix
1. Cream corn in a can
1 can of drained whole kernel corn
Two eggs
Melted butter, one stick
A measuring cup of sour cream
Instructions:
In a casserole dish, combine all of the ingredients. Add the sour cream last.
Stir after 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
