Ingredients:
2 medium apples (chopped into small cubes)
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (or almond/soy/oat milk for dairy-free)
1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
A handful of raisins or nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and chopped apples.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, honey, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in raisins or nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into greased mugs or ramekins (as shown in the photo).
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Serve warm, straight from the cup – perfect for breakfast or a snack!
