1. Cook the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until browned and fully cooked.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional ketchup/mustard for that burger flavor.
Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
2. Prep the Bombs
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of beef mixture into the center of each dough round.
Add a small cube or pinch of cheese on top of the meat.
3. Seal and Bake
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
4. Garlic Parmesan Topping
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan.
Brush the tops of each bomb generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.
5. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
6. Garnish and Serve
Optional: Brush with more garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve warm — great with burger sauce, ranch, or ketchup for dipping!
