🥐 Pistachio Croissants (with Green Chocolate Glaze)

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh croissants (store-bought or homemade)
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 3 tbsp pistachio paste
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (for topping)
  • 1 tsp butter (optional, for shine)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate:
    • Place the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add pistachio paste:
    • Mix the pistachio paste into the melted chocolate until you get a creamy green glaze.
  3. Coat the croissants:
    • Dip each croissant into the pistachio-chocolate glaze or drizzle it generously over the top.
  4. Add toppings:
    • Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top before the glaze sets.
  5. Chill:
    • Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes until the coating firms up.
