Ingredients:

- 200 g white chocolate
- 3 tbsp pistachio paste
- ½ cup chopped pistachios (for topping)

Instructions:

- Place the white chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Add pistachio paste:

- Coat the croissants:

- Add toppings:
