Castor oil and fenugreek

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons castor oil

1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (or 1 teaspoon fenugreek powder)

2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional, to reduce thickness of castor oil)

Preparation:

  1. If using seeds, soak fenugreek seeds overnight, then grind into a smooth paste.

If using powder, you can skip this step.

  1. Warm the castor oil slightly (don’t overheat).
  2. Mix in the fenugreek paste or powder.
  3. Add coconut oil if you prefer a lighter texture.
  4. Stir well until combined.

How to Use:

  1. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair roots.
  2. Massage gently for 5–10 minutes to boost blood circulation.
  3. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 2 hours (you can also leave overnight if comfortable).
  4. Wash with a mild shampoo.
  5. Repeat 2 times per week for best results.

Benefits:

Castor oil: nourishes scalp, strengthens hair, and promotes thickness.

Fenugreek: reduces hair fall, fights dandruff, and stimulates growth.
