Simple Garlic + Castor Oil Recipe

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons castor oil

2–3 cloves garlic (fresh, crushed or finely chopped)

Method:

  1. Warm the castor oil gently (don’t overheat).
  2. Add the crushed garlic and let it infuse on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, let it cool, then strain the oil.
  4. Store in a small clean glass bottle.

How to Use:

For Hair Growth: Massage into scalp, leave for 30–60 min, then wash with mild shampoo (2x per week).

For Joint Pain: Warm slightly and massage onto painful area.

For Skin (acne or fungal spots): Apply a little on affected area with a cotton swab (patch test first).

Tip: Garlic is strong, so don’t leave it on scalp/skin overnight, and always do a patch test
